CHALLENGE

Our client unified their HR data into a single platform, Oracle Cloud HCM (internally branded as “The Hub”) and realigned their Human Resources organization to better serve their global associates’ needs. While their internal change management team owned the execution of associate readiness, they required additional support to create the training materials for Oracle Cloud HCM and desired external insight and coaching for the execution of their change management strategy.

Our Solution

C4G started by reviewing the internal OCM approach developed by our client to provide insight and identify opportunities to fill any gaps. C4G continued to provide change leadership coaching throughout the project, providing best practices and recommendations. Once system configuration was underway, C4G provided a Sr. Instructional Designer to document system functionality and process changes to ensure all users from casual to heavy had the skills they needed to be successful. Videos, meeting presentations and readiness communications were prepared to align the companies’ employees with the changes. C4G continued to partner with the client through the initial core implementation and future waves of functi0nality.

Our Deliverables

Process flows were created to articulate HR functions in a simple, understandable format. These flows helped the HR community articulate that “The Hub” empowered employees and managers to complete transactional HR activities and allowed Human Resources to be more strategic partners to the organization.

We also created a comprehensive series of training modules for employee self-service, manager self-service and HR operations.


Our Impact

Our client successfully implemented “The Hub” and transformed their Human Resources business partner capabilities to better align to their organizational needs. Initial feedback and post-mortem review of the project proved that the change readiness and training efforts adequately prepared their employees, many sighting that the implementation was one of the most successful during their time with the organization. Change 4 Growth continues to partner with this customer to further build their internal capabilities for Leadership Development and other HR initiatives.
