Change Notes #004 – April 14, 2020
Is it just me or does it feel like we’re in about year 5 of this stay at home era instead of the 5th week? I am regularly forgetting what day of the week it is and have to make a conscious effort to change out of my pajamas each day. We hope you and yours are staying safe and finding at least a few silver linings in our current conditions.

What's taking your attention right now? Do you have kids at home? Is it the dishes piling up in the sink? Or that news notification that just popped up on your phone? Once you can pinpoint where your attention is going, you can take steps to redirect it.
